There are a myriad of
painkillers, sleeping tablets, antidepressants
and "natural" cures for Fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue
Syndrome symptoms.This
protocol is not based on these treatments.
I
believe that Fibromyalgia and Chronic
Fatigue Syndrome are conditions of multiple systemic failure.
The techniques I
describe will jump
start the process of toxic release and restore cellular energy, so creating the conditions and environment for
autonomic nervous, endocrine, digestive, cardiac and immunological healing to begin fast.
Brain
and spinal cord lesions have been identified in Fibromyalgia and Chronic
Fatigue Syndrome sufferers, these are causing Sympathetic
Nervous system anomalies which present as nervous,
immune, endocrine and lymphatic
systemic dysfunction.
If you
are following traditional regimes or protocols based upon diet, CBT
or graded
exercise although they may help, its difficult to make a full recovery from these
conditions because these protocols do not acknowledge the true organic
nature of these conditions.
With
repect to graded exercise it is
my opinion that asking fibromyalgia and CFS sufferers with lymphatic and mitochondrial failure to
perform aerobic activity leads to rapid excess lactic acid build
up, breakdown of the krebs cycle via ATP recycling and can make the condition worse.
Post
exertional malaise is a recognized indicator of fibromyalgia
and CFS as opposed to depression with which it is often confused,
and it is one of the vicious negative feedback cycles
that needs to be avoided.
Diet
is an important adjunct to all Fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue therapies and this is addressed in
detail in my book.
Alcohol
use must be seriously limited in the early and middle phase of
recovery. It is best if you can be tea-total but i accept this is not
feasible for everyone.
Smoking,
Obesity, Stress,
again, are all very important adjuncts to address, in order to
improve your body's healing capacity.
Again please read the website articles.
I explain why it is particularly difficult to recover from these illnesses while
you remain a smoker.

download your book, somebody phoned in the middle of reading
and i forgot to save the files, but i have them now. Your
webmaster was very helpful.
The information really is
amazing, you are so thorough and it really all does make
sense.
I just feel so positive at
the moment thanks to this i really feel i have some hope in my
life again. I am working really hard at
the protocol and can feel things are happening already."

Q: What are the changes that I will feel/notice? How quickly will it
all work?
A: It depends very much on the degree and extent of
the lymphatic congestion and
toxic stress associated with your Fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue
Syndrome. It also depends on the degree of failure of your cellular
energy.
There is a phenomenon known as "Herxheimers
syndrome". This is common with many procedures and drugs that aim to
reverse a long term physical condition, especially where extreme toxicity has
built up in connective tissue.
During the process of kick starting
toxic release and cellular energy there is often a temporary worsening of some of the symptoms, particularly
headaches and cognitive processing (thinking, memory etc).
But, general body pain and aching all over are common early reactions
to the therapy.
This worsening may go on for a couple of days while your
organs of elimination
catch up and a new higher equilibrium is established. After this period you
may notice
rapid improvements each time your body reaches a higher plane.
Q: Do I need to find a therapist who can treat my Fibromyalgia and Chronic
Fatigue Syndrome according to your
protocol?
A: You do not NEED a therapist
to start benefiting from the
regime.
The techniques have all been
designed so they can be performed by yourself, or a partner can assist with
some aspects of toxic release.

"I'm just writing to say that I
really appreciated your candid and frank approach to writing about CFS. You
obviously appreciate the full range of emotions that people with this crippling
condition are experiencing, especially the lack of hope that we can feel.
Your writing style really hit a note with
me and all your theories stack up and make sense. I really feel like I'm onto
something with this and finally I have something to aim for, that I can do
every day and that appears to be working, slowly but surely."

Q: What are the techniques you are writing about based upon?
A: The techniques have been developed
following extensive scientific research and include the
